All New Patients
All new patient appointments are scheduled by phone. Call or text (503) 267-0217 to schedule. These appointments must be pre-paid. You may be refunded the full amount if you need to cancel or reschedule within 7 full business days of your scheduled appointment. New patient appointments cancelled with fewer than 7 full business days’ notice are subject to a late cancellation fee.
Established Patients
Online self-scheduling is available for these appointments.
Chiropractic Appointments: Choose a follow-up 15 minute chiropractic visit if you have been seen by Dr. Jeanne Kennedy Crosby within the last 2-3 months. If you have a new problem, or it’s been three months or more since your last appointment, please schedule a 30 minute chiropractic re-evaluation.
Nutrition Testing Appointments: Follow up appointments are 15 minutes.
Telemedicine Appointments
Telemedicine online appointments are now available for nutrition testing patients, both for new patients and return follow up appointments. Please self-schedule these online or call to schedule.

I am out of network with all health insurance plans. I do not work with OHP, Medicare or Medicaid. Nutrition testing is not billed to insurance.
No automobile, bicycle and pedestrian injury patients, or worker’s injury cases are accepted.
I am not contracted with Providence, Regence, Moda, Aetna, HealthNet, Lifewise, Pacific Source, or Kaiser. I am not submitting out-of-network claims for any of these.
